MATHEMATICAL ADVENT CALENDARS FOR 2024
Though there might be less chocolate in these offerings, there’s no shortage of fun to be had with recreational mathematical Advent Calendars. Here’s our hand-picked round-up for when you can squeeze in time around the holiday rush:
- Check out the homepage of www.mscroggs.co.uk for this awesome yearly challenge. This year, after a major malfunction in his toy factory, Santa needs help figuring out the code to open a locked warehouse of emergency presents before Christmas eve!

- Andy Maths YouTube channel has published an Agg-vent calendar (solving problems from geometry puzzle designer Catrionia Agg). You can view all of the puzzles today, but the solutions will be released daily.
